Please keep your login credentials confidential. Your membership is for one member/household devices.
There are no refunds on DAY PASSES. Once you click purchase, you have 24 hours to access the website for LIVE classes and REPLAYS.
WEEKLY UNLIMITED Virtual Auto-renewal Members may cancel at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. You may cancel/rejoin as much as you like. There is no refund for canceling midweek.
MONTHLY UNLIMITED Virtual Auto-renewal Members may cancel at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again.
There is no refund for midmonth cancellations.
MONTHLY UNLIMITED Virtual Members may cancel IN PERSON classes up to 6 hours prior to class start time. If canceling less than 6 hours prior to class start time, the credit card on file will be charged a Single Class rate.
