“On the afternoons when I turn on my lap top and go into my home yoga studio (aka my closet), the music immediately transports me out of my house and back into a traditional yoga studio and for one hour, I move to the music and push away the craziness of the world. Because every day is a different class, I never fall onto a rut which only further motivates me and also gives me a sense of calm.

In a world where so many things are stressful, the one hour I spend on my mat, with Jennifer, is like a warm hug-or a warm hug after a hard workout! The music and her voice are, so often, very comforting to me and I have never had a single practice (even the ones where I cheat at minute 30 and fast forward to minute 45) where I do not feel a sense of accomplishment and a sense of lightness when I walk off of my mat.
